Seat lug after silver brazing, but before soaking the flux off. Like all of my lugged frames, this one will be "Silver" brazed. Meaning the "filler" material is made up of 56% pure silver. Its an expensive way to build a frame because silver is about $20 a Troy ounce........but its the best way. Silver brazing is very strong, yet is accomplished at a fairly low temperature, ensuring that the integrity of the tubing is always maintained, etc.
